Foxt App Terms of Service

Conditions for Teachers to Create Lessons

• All lessons must be conducted exclusively in audio format.
• Teachers must deliver lessons strictly within the scope of the topic they have created.
• Lessons can be organized and taught using any teaching materials deemed suitable by the teacher, who is solely responsible for the content.
• Foxt App does not guarantee student enrollment for any created lessons.
• If the lesson is canceled for any reason, registered students will be refunded, and the teacher will not receive payment.
• Foxt App deducts a service fee of 15% of the total income generated from lessons.
• The audio recording of each lesson will be stored by Foxt App and can be used to resolve disputes if necessary.
• Engaging in unlawful advertisements, incitements, organized fraud, or promotion of explicit content will result in account termination and referral to legal authorities.
• Payments to teachers will be processed 72 hours after the lesson is completed, provided there are no complaints or disputes.
• Teachers are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws and reporting their income earned through Foxt App in Mongolia.
• Students may rate teachers, and any reports of the following violations will result in a refund to students:
  • Use of explicit or unlawful content.
  • Teaching content unrelated to the chosen topic.
  • Insufficient proficiency in the required language.
• If a student reports a teacher for unsatisfactory lessons, payment to the teacher will be withheld until the dispute is resolved. If the report is valid, the teacher will not be paid.
• Canceling or failing to deliver a lesson on time will result in a refund to students, and the teacher's ability to create new lessons will be suspended for 3 days.
• Teachers are responsible for preparing the necessary technical equipment (e.g., devices, internet) for their lessons. Foxt App is not liable for lessons missed due to technical issues caused by the teacher.

Conditions for Students Paying for Lessons

• All lessons are conducted exclusively in audio format.
• Lesson fees are determined by the teacher who created the lesson.
• If the content taught is unrelated to the chosen topic, you can leave a rating or comment on the lesson.
• Foxt App does not guarantee the quality or capabilities of the teacher's content.
• Payments are non-refundable once made, so please carefully review the teacher's rating and capabilities before enrolling.
• Once the lesson begins, it will proceed without interruption. Leaving the lesson midway, whether temporarily or permanently, will not result in a refund unless the issue is caused by the teacher.
• Audio recordings of lessons will be stored and used by Foxt App to resolve disputes if necessary.
• If a student behaves inappropriately, disrupts the lesson, or deliberately causes payment issues, they may face account termination and legal action.
• If a student requests a refund due to dissatisfaction with the lesson content or teacher's performance, Foxt App will investigate and decide accordingly.
• If the lesson is canceled or not delivered on time due to the teacher, students will receive a full refund.
• Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment (e.g., devices, internet) to attend lessons. Foxt App is not liable for missed lessons due to technical issues caused by the student.
